Brief Note: The Indian Council of Historical Research is situated in Central Delhi and offers the latest publication books on Indian History as well as neighbouring countries. The Library-cum-Documentation Centre is stocked with over 70,000 printed reading materials that include books, conference proceedings, reports, thesis and dissertations and many more. It also has a good collection of microfilms and microfiches on varied related subjects. The library offers a venue for over 1600 students and scholars to read and use its wide collection for reference purposes. It also offers consultation services to students and scholars.
